Thank you for choosing to support the Out of the Box Program
The goal of the Out of the Box program is to educate over 1 million teens in the area of financial literacy. To achieve this goal we need both financial support and experienced local professionals.

To be a volunteer with the OOTB program, please complete the form below. OOTB is seeking volunteers in the following four areas. All Out of the Box volunteers must complete our certification process.
- Market Leader - are the face of OOTB in markets where the program has a presence. We are actively seeking to expand our presence in several top markets in the US. Market Leaders are responsible for representing the program locally, establishing local relationships with youth organizations and financial institutions and assisting in training workshop lecturers and volunteers.
- Workshop Lecturer - are seasoned professionals well versed in one of the four OOTB financial literacy disciplines - Budgeting/Banking, Investment, Credit Management and Entrepreneurship. Lecturers are asked to bring real-world experiences into the lectures that help bring the curriculum to life. We ask lecturers to commit to teaching at least 2 workshops per year.
- Workshop Volunteer - are leaders that are interested in making the workshop environment efficient to learn and focus. Workshop volunteers are responsible for student registration, survey scoring, assisting students with questions, and supporting the lecturer. Workshop volunteers must complete a 1-hour certification process. We ask the workshop volunteer to commit to 2 workshops per year
- Fundraiser - We are seeking those individuals that have an interest in developing and implementing fundraising strategies for the program. These strategies can include individual contributions, corporate donations and public and private grants.
